User Research — Quantitative Data Analysis





Users are getting more worried about the security of their personal information and are expecting more strict security measures from app providers as data breaches and cyberattacks are becoming more common. UX researchers need to learn about users’ attitudes and actions around login security in order to solve these worries. We’ll look at few quantitative user interview questions in this post that can help us understand how users feel about the security of the login process.

Note: to add graphs for quantitative representation, I’ve decided to go with images as it’ll save time and convey the message how to quantify the answers in a better way.

Above are few questions which can get us some data to get insights of the users towards the application. The number of questions can go beyond limit if needed as more and more question will help make application more secure and robust.
